MECHANICSBURG, PA- August 26, 2014- Williams Grove Speedway will be in action twice during the upcoming Labor Day holiday weekend, on Friday and Sunday night with commemorative events to honor two of the oval’s fallen heroes. Friday August 29 will see the track honor late Promoter Of The Year Jack Gunn with the running of the rich 32nd annual Jack Gunn Memorial for the 410 sprints.

When everything was settled on Mirabito Fuel Group and Rasmussen Rents/Broedel Energy night, it was Matt Sheppard and Danny Johnson taking the pair of $2,000 to win NASCAR Modified wins while Mike Walton took the emotional Sportsman feature win. Chris Carr survived a marathon Pro Stock feature to take the victory while Bill Mason took the photo finish win in the Pure Stocks.

SELINSGROVE, PA- August 25, 2014- Following a string of strong finishes at Selinsgrove Speedway in recent years, Robbie Stillwaggon of Burlington, N.J., scored his first career win at the Snyder County half-mile oval in Saturday night’s 25-lap 360 sprint car feature. Stillwaggon, driving the Quality Auto Body No. 89, held off three-time winner TJ Stutts of Liverpool for the $2,000 victory and became the track’s eighth different 360 sprint car winner this season.
