VERNON, NY- July 28, 2014-
Matt Sheppard made it two in row this past Sunday night, July 27, as he again made a late race pass to score the $2,000 victory.  A miscue by the leader Larry Wight on lap 28 gave Sheppard the opportunity he needed and he capitalized on it.  Other winners on PERFEX Corp. night was Jeremy Vunk in the Sportsman, Chris Carr, in the Pro Stocks, and Bill Mason in the Pure Stocks.

CORNWALL, Ont. - July 27, 2014 ...
Donny Schatz scored his second World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series win in as many nights Sunday after battling David Gravel and Kerry Madsen at Cornwall Motor Speedway. It was Schatz's 11th win of 2014, tying him with Daryn Pittman for the most on the season.

Schatz, who won the Outlaws' first and most recent appearance at the track in 2012, said Canada has been very good to him.

“God! I finally had the restart of my life,” Gordon shouted into his radio mic, recalling the move just 15 minutes earlier that launched him past Hendrick Motorsports teammate Kasey Kahne on Lap 144 of 160 in Sunday’s marquee NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.

MINERSVILLE, PA July 27,2014... Four divisions of action packed racing along with a huge fireworks display at intermission provided some great views for the fans that packed into Big Diamond Speedway Friday evening.

The Savage 61 Roadrunners showed off their skills as the first feature of the evening. Chris Holland and Terry Kramer Jr. were the lucky drivers in the redraw, picking the front row for their starting spots. They would lead the field to the green for their 20 lap feature event. Holland would jump out to the lead but on lap 2, the caution flew when Kramer spun after some contact with Shon Elk, who was put to the rear for the incident. Jeremy Becker would line up alongside Holland for the restart, and Becker would pull out ahead of the field. Holland would settle for the runner up spot, until lap 12 when he took back over the lead.
